Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! To see the shipping costs to your country, add products to your cart, enter your shipping address, and our automated shopping cart will give you the total.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship the next business day after it is placed, and tracking will be available in the evening on the day it ships out.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders will arrive in 1-5 business days if the regular post is selected and in 1-2 days if you choose to express. We offer free shipping on orders over $59.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will automatically get an email once the carrier picks up your order. That email will have tracking information you can follow.

You will get an email with a tracking link when your order is picked up.
How do I cancel my order?
You must contact customer service within one business day to cancel your order. Once you reach out, our team may be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund. This will depend on the circumstances, so please reach out as soon as possible.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Returns, ugh. We hear you. We want to make returns are as easy as possible for you. Items must be returned in new condition with the original box and/or packaging, unopened and undamaged. Please email us at info@provardo.com with your order number and reason for return to receive further instructions, and we will get back to you ASAP. We cannot guarantee refunds or returns without an associated order and tracking number.
